Our Services often connect to third-party platforms and tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions. Where we access a platform on your behalf (for example, via the Meta or Instagram APIs), we do so only with your authorization and in line with that platform's rules.
The Intelify name, website, content, and our underlying methods and tooling remain our property. Ownership of specific deliverables created for a client is set out in the relevant engagement agreement. You retain ownership of your own data and materials.
You agree not to use our Services to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications in breach of applicable anti-spam, data-protection, or platform rules, or to process data you have no right to use. We may decline or stop work that would require us to breach the law or a platform's terms.
The website and, except as expressly agreed in an engagement, our Services are provided “as is.” We don't guarantee specific business outcomes, deliverability rates, or results — these depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
