Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Intelify to delete the personal information we hold about you — including any data we accessed through a connected Meta or Instagram account — at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1 — Email us

Send a deletion request to hello@intelify.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” To help us find and verify your records, please include:

  • Your name and the email address you contacted us from;
  • The connected account (for example, the Instagram username or page), if your request relates to a Meta/Instagram connection;
  • A brief note of what you'd like deleted.

We will confirm receipt, verify the request, and delete or de-identify the relevant data within 30 days, unless we're required to keep some of it to meet a legal obligation. We'll email you once it's done.

Option 2 — Revoke access in Meta / Instagram

If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account to Intelify, you can remove our access directly:

  • Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Intelify.
  • Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove Intelify.

Revoking access stops any further data access immediately. To also have the data we already hold deleted, email us as described above so we can complete and confirm the removal.

What gets deleted

On a verified request we delete the personal information associated with you or your connected account from our active systems, and instruct our service providers to do the same. Some information may remain in secure backups for a limited period before it is overwritten, and we may retain the minimum required by law (for example, basic transaction records).
